This high-quality Sencha is similar to Gyokuro due to a two-week shading period during its growth, just before harvest. While grasping for more light, the plant produces excess chlorophyll which turns the leaf a deep dark green, resulting in a citron umami liquor reminiscent of edamame and fiddleheads. A pleasant minerality finishes off each sip of this delicious Japanese green tea.
Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 2 heaping teaspoons of leaf in 175°F water for 1 minute. Enjoy!

Hailing from South Africa, this herbal tea is a beautiful deep red color, closely resembling its earthier cousin Rooibos. Expect bold red berry notes with a mild honey finish as you sip. It’s excellent hot but also delicious and refreshing as an iced tea!

Hailing from the southern prefecture of Kagoshima, this high elevation, medium steamed sencha (“chumushi”) boasts an incredibly unique and rich character - partially due to the volcanic soil it’s grown in. Earthy and full bodied, this infusion is slightly sweet with flavors of fresh grass and muskmelon. It’s definitely a fun tasting experience.
