This unique Taiwanese black tea is produced from heirloom Assamica cultivars. The long twisted leaf is fragrant with notes of dried fruit and spice. The creamy liquor boasts flavors of crème brûlée, cocoa powder, and apricot preserves. Try it English style with milk or multiple steeps if a gaiwan is more your pace.
Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 2 heaping teaspoons of leaf in 205°F water for 4 minutes. Enjoy!
