MEM Tea sources the highest quality teas and botanicals available each growing season. Teas and ingredients are known to change slightly from year to year, just like anything that grows from the earth, but consistency is our highest priority and we are ferocious about our quality control.
In general, returns will not be accepted based on personal taste, missed sale windows, or any reason excluding broken teaware or foreign objects in your tea. If you believe that your issue falls outside of our restrictions, please contact our customer service team. Returns or exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
