This pretty Bai Mu Dan from Fujian is artfully adorned with dried peaches and pink rosebuds. The result is sweet and juicy, with flavors of honeycomb, roses, and nectarines. The fragrance will remind you of rocking on the front porch during the summer.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 3 heaping teaspoons of leaf in 175°F water for 4 minutes.
