This tightly rolled, lightly oxidized oolong is soft and sweet. A 60+ hour processing schedule evokes complex nutty notes along with an element of crisp birch bark evoking cool autumnal forest walks.
Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 level teaspoon of leaf in 195°F water for 1-4 minutes.
