This Lapsang from the town of Tong Mu is like no other, and until now, unavailable to westerners. Their unique process of smoking over sweet pine chips gives it a delicate piney aroma and flavors of scotch and applewood.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 2 level teaspoon of leaf in 205°F water for 4 minutes.

Ingredients: Camellia sinensis leaves.
