Adorable bird-nest-shape tuochas pressed from fermented shou tea blended with Semnostachya Menglaensis (indigenous herb from Yunnan) are a perfect little package jammed with flavor. The liquor yields pungent aromas of basmati rice and savory flavors of mushrooms and tamari. Great to steep all weekend morning long.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 tuocha in 212°F water for 15-30 seconds. Great for multiple infusions; try short steep times and gradually increase times with each consecutive steep. Enjoy!
