Hailing from the southern prefecture of Kagoshima, this high elevation, medium steamed sencha (“chumushi”) boasts an incredibly unique and rich character - partially due to the volcanic soil it’s grown in. Earthy and full bodied, this infusion is slightly sweet with flavors of fresh grass and muskmelon. It’s definitely a fun tasting experience.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 2 level teaspoons of leaf in 175°F water for 1 minute. Enjoy!

Ingredients: Camellia sinensis leaves.
