Produced from an oolong cultivar, this unusual green tea from Taiwan has long, twisted, fragrant leaves that smell of spring greens and sprouting seedlings. The liquor is light, sweet, and delicate, with vegetal flavors of fresh pea tendrils and bamboo shoots.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 2 heaping teaspoons of leaf in 175°F water for 1 minute. Enjoy!
