San Xia: Bi Luo Chun

This tea begins with an overwhelming fragrance of spring greens and sprouting seedlings. The liquor is light, sweet and delicate with vegetal flavors of fresh pea tendrils and bamboo shoots with a soft nutty finish.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 2 heaping teaspoons of leaf in 175°F water for 1 minute. Enjoy!
