This 'shu' or 'ripe' pu-erh is fermented and pressed into perfect little cubes. The liquor is soft and dark, yielding pungent aromas of mushroom, peat and forest floor with a lingering sweet finish. Great for multiple steeps.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 tuocha of leaf in 205°F water for 1 minute.

Ingredients: Camellia sinensis leaves.
