A classic sweet and tart blend of bright herbal ingredients creates a deep red, fruity, and floral infusion that is complex and well-rounded. This signature recipe has been with us since close to the beginning of MEM.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 2 level teaspoons of leaf in 212°F water for 4 minutes. Enjoy!
