Carefully shaped by hand to resemble pine needles and dried using traditional pine wood firing, the resulting tea is a brilliant golden brothy liquor with a deep umami flavor and dense vegetal notes reminiscent of a walk in the woods after spring rain.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 2 heaping teaspoon of leaf in 175°F water for 1 minute. Enjoy!
