Pine Needle Green

These lanky green leaves are carefully shaped by hand to resemble pine needles, then dried using traditional a pine wood firing. The result is a brilliant golden liquor with dense vegetal flavor is reminiscent of a walk in the woods after a spring rain. The brothy infusion is laden with deep umami flavors of wild greens and a crisp marine-like minerality in the finish.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 2 heaping teaspoon of leaf in 175°F water for 1 minute. Enjoy!
