Morning Call
Sheng Pu-Erh Bingcha 2013
Tasting Notes:
honeycomb • sour plum • linden
Our first collaboration with pu-erh tea producers in Yunnan has resulted in a line of custom tea cakes, made to our delicious specifications.
This sheng or "raw" bingcha is loud and lively, like the feathered friend that adorns it. Bright and fruity, our Morning Call pu-erh is light and sweet. Recently compressed from a 2013 harvest, the golden liquor is lively and dynamic, with notes of tart dried plums and honeyed flowers.
Ingredients: Camellia sinensis leaves. Caffeinated
