Lion's mane, commonly known as 'brain mushroom,' has golden tendrils that resemble - you guessed it - the mane of a lion!

Infusion: Use 1 heaping teaspoon of tea for every 8 ounces of water. Steep or gently simmer at approximately 170-185°F for as long as you'd like. You'll get more of the functionality the longer you steep.
