This herbal tea comes from the European variety of linden. Sweet and buttery, the golden liquor has a honey sweetness with round herbaceous flavors of thyme and coriander.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 2 heaping teaspoons of leaf in 212°F water for 4 minutes. Enjoy!
