This 'sheng' or 'raw' Pu-erh was harvested, steamed and pressed into perfect little disks in 2011. The golden liquor yields sweet aromas of dried hay and flowers with flavors of raw honey and bitter melon. Great for multiple steeps.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 tuocha in 175°F water for 1 minute. Great for multiple infusions; try short steep times and gradually increase times with each consecutive steep. Enjoy!

Ingredients: Camellia sinensis leaves.
