2011 Sheng Pu-Erh

This 'sheng' or 'raw' Pu-erh was harvested, steamed and pressed into perfect little disks in 2011. The golden liquor yields sweet aromas of dried hay and flowers with flavors of raw honey and bitter melon. Great for multiple steeps.
Ingredients: Camellia sinensis leaves. Caffeinated
Origin: Yunnan, China

Infusion:
Rinse with boiling water for 5-10 seconds before steeping.
For multiple steeps, start at 1 minute and gradually
increase time with each steep
