This 'thick grade' or ‘koicha’ tea is our highest grade of ceremonial matcha. Whisked with a little less water, this matcha becomes light and fluffy, with a soft sweet finish of buttered spinach and sweet peas. The sweetness lingers on the palate well after the completion of your ritual.

Infusion: Sift 2 to 3 grams of powder into a bowl and whisk with 2 to 4 oz. of 175°F water until frothy. Enjoy!
