Fine picking and careful oxidation give this Mao Feng a complex and sophisticated profile. The flavor is bright, sweet, and winey with a silky mouthfeel and a floral vanilla finish. A perfect black tea that also shines with the addition of milk, giving it a creamy butterscotch note.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 2 heaping teaspoons of leaf in 205°F water for 4 minutes.
