Grown organically on a farm in Saco, Maine, by the founder of MEM, this mint is a round-leafed, softly textured plant that yields a sweet, buttery, herbaceous, drool-worthy liquor. Its high oil content lends itself to multiple steeps.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 2 heaping teaspoons of leaf in 205°F water for 4 minutes.
