Hong Shui or "Red Water" is a style of oolong that refers to the rich, hearty amber-colored liquor due to significant oxidation and roasting. The result is deep and fragrant with flavors of bran, raw honey, and raisins.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 level teaspoon of leaf in 195°F water for 1-4 minutes.

Ingredients: Camellia sinensis leaves.
