Deep and fragrant with flavors of bran, raw honey, and raisins, Hong Shui, or "red water," refers to the rich, hearty, amber infusion. This color comes from significant oxidation and roasting of the hand-plucked leaves.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 level teaspoon of leaf in 195°F water for 1-4 minutes.

Ingredients: Camellia sinensis leaves.
