Hong Shui or "Red Water" is a style of oolong that refers to the rich, hearty amber colored liquor due to significant oxidation and roasting. The result is deep and fragrant with flavors of sweet vanilla bean and oak with a nutty finish of walnuts.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 level teaspoon of leaf in 195°F water for 1-4 minutes.

Ingredients: Camellia sinensis leaves.
