Specially roasted green tea stems, ground to a fine powder, that can be whisked into water like matcha. Add to your favorite dairy substitute for a sweet, rich, malty, nutty, low-caffeine alternative to matcha lattes. Sweeten to taste.

Ingredients: Camellia sinensis leaves. Caffeinated
Origin: Shizuoka, Japan

FOR AN 8 OUNCE SERVING:

Sift 2 to 3 grams of powder into a bowl and whisk with 2 to 4 oz of 175°F water until frothy.
