The sweet green stems of the tea plant are dried and cooked in unique drum roasters, giving this infusion a deep amber liquor with a smoked hickory aroma, buckwheat sweetness, and a lingering finish reminiscent of toasted peanut skins.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 2 heaping teaspoons of leaf in 205°F water for 3 minutes. Enjoy!
