This high elevation, specially processed GABA Oolong was picked in early Autumn. Slow growing and cooler temps yield flavors of wildflower honey and juicy apricot with an underlying guava sweetness. The golden amber liquor is full bodied with a tropical fruit finish.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 level teaspoon of leaf in 195°F water for 1-4 minutes.
