The calyx of the ever-popular hibiscus flowering-plant produces a striking red liquor when infused that yields a tart, cranberry flavor. This beverage takes sugar well and can be used as an ingredient for cocktails or mocktails and any other number of tasty treats.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 level teaspoon of leaf in 212°F water for 3 minutes. Enjoy!
