The calyx of the ever-popular, flowering hibiscus plant produces a striking red liquor when infused that yields a tart, cranberry flavor. It takes sugar well and can be used as an ingredient for cocktails, mocktails, and other tasty treats.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 level teaspoon of leaf in 212°F water for 3 minutes. Enjoy!
