Golden Dragon: Shu Pu-Erh Tuocha

This 'shu' or 'ripe' pu-erh is adorned with golden foil and shaped like a coin. The liquor yields pungent aromas of newly fallen leaves with soft, sweet flavors of camphor and burnt sugar. Great for multiple steeps.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 tuocha of leaf in 205°F water for 1 minute.
