Fuzzy Forager
Shu Pu-Erh Bingcha
Tasting Notes:
peat • dried mushrooms • camphor
Our first collaboration with pu-erh tea producers in Yunnan has resulted in a line of custom tea cakes, made to our delicious specifications.
This shu or "ripe" bingcha is petite and playful, like the animal that adorns it. Mild and fragrant, our Fuzzy Forager pu-erh is soft and smooth. Recently fermented from raw material from Menghai County, the umber liquor is lively and dynamic, with notes of mushroom and sweet pine sap.
Ingredients: Camellia sinensis leaves. Caffeinated
Origin: Yunnan, China
100g/bingcha
