About This Blend: Nutty, Warming, Slightly Sweet

Reishi is  one of the oldest, most studied, and well-respected mushrooms in Asian herbology. It was once only reserved for royalty and is know as the 'mushroom of immortality.'

Infusion: Use 1 heaping teaspoon of tea for every 8 ounces of water. Steep or gently simmer at approximately 170-185°F for as long as you'd like. You'll get more of the functionality the longer you steep.
