Decaffeinated using a natural process involving carbon dioxide, this Ceylon from Sri Lanka is a bright and brisk brew that is grainy and woody with hints of lemon. Just like any breakfast-style tea, this takes milk and sugar well.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 level teaspoon of leaf in 212°F water for 4 minutes. Enjoy!
