This long-awaited autumn picking from a high-elevation, organic farm produces a beautiful amber liquor that is surprisingly soft and round. Its fruity flavors of plum and grape outshine a minimal amount of astringency - finishing on a rye flour note.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 heaping teaspoon of leaf in 195°F water for 3 minutes. Enjoy!
