Don't be fooled by the name, this storied phoenix oolong is unquestionably delicious - named not only to deter cutting thievery because it's so phenomenal and rare, but also after the appearance of the soil in which the tea trees grow. No sh*t, just the sweet and marvelous flavors of honey, citrus, and grain.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 2 heaping teaspoons of leaf in 175°F water for 1-3 minutes. Enjoy!
