Lion's mane and maitake mushrooms are both prized symbols of mental strength and rejuvenation.

Infusion: Use 1 heaping teaspoon of tea for every 8 ounces of water. Steep or gently simmer at approximately 170-185°F for as long as you'd like. You'll get more of the functionality the longer you steep.
