This Mao Jian Chinese green tea boasts long twisted emerald leaves that unfurl into a soft and buttery infusion. The golden liquor displays sweet vegetal flavors of alfalfa sprouts and collard greens with a nutty cashew finish.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 2 level teaspoons of leaf in 175°F water for 1-3 minutes. Enjoy!
