This Chinese breakfast tea is rich, yet soft with very little astringency. The heavy bodied liquor is creamy with fragrant notes of bran and toasted nuts with a slightly floral finish. It's a hearty start to the day either with milk or without.
Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 heaping teaspoon of leaf in 205°F water for 4 minutes. Enjoy!
