Chamomile, in many languages, means little apple. This lot holds true to its name with bright, crisp fruity flavor of green apple followed by a honeydew sweetness and deep floral flavors in the finish. A complex yet soothing cup.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 2 heaping teaspoons of leaf in 212°F water for 4 minutes. Enjoy!
