When you need a crisp and refreshing glass, this classic iced tea (a blend of leaves from Sri Lanka) has a rich, deep amber liquor and the fruity flavor of orange peel, with a soft cedar finish. Few things can quench thirst better.

Infusion: For an 16 oz serving, steep 2 heaping teaspoons of leaf in 212°F water for 4 minutes in 8 oz of water. Pour over equal parts ice. Enjoy!

Ingredients: Camellia sinensis leaves.
