This 'shou' or 'ripe' pu-erh is artfully adorned with pungent bergamot peels. The citrusy aroma is followed by complex flavors of sun-dried hay and newly fallen leaves. A unique and rustic rendition of our classic, Earl Grey black tea blend.
Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 level teaspoon of leaf in 205°F water for 1-4 minutes.
Ingredients: Camellia sinensis leaves & bergamot peel.
