This high grown Taiwanese oolong hails from the famed peaks of Ali Shan in central Taiwan. The creamy golden liquor is bright and lively, with a thick floral aroma of orchids, a sweet honeydew melon notes and a soft lingering finish of macadamia nuts.
Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 level teaspoon of leaf in 195°F water for 1-4 minutes.
Ingredients: Camellia sinensis leaves.
