A 6 year aging process gives this White Peony unique pu-erh like notes of camphor and forest floor. The golden amber liquor is full and round with a pungent camphor aroma and flavors of sour plum, sweet hay, and honeycomb.
Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 3 heaping teaspoons of leaf in 175°F water for 4 minutes.
