This aged and fermented loose Chinese pu-erh tea known for its earthy, mushroom-like aroma and slightly sweet taste, has a thick body that coats the throat and warms the stomach. This is a perfect tea to rely on for comfort after a large meal or a night of imbibing.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 heaping teaspoon of leaf in 212°F water for 4 minutes. Great for multiple infusions; try short steep times and gradually increase times with each consecutive steep. Enjoy!
