Hailing from Nantou County in Taiwan - the land of oolong - this lightly oxidized leaf steeps to have a luminescent golden liquor with a distinct floral bouquet and sweet fruit flavors that make this a classic and delicious cup.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 level teaspoon of leaf in 195°F water for 4 minutes.

Ingredients: Camellia sinensis leaves.
