The Jin Mudan oolong cultivar has been painstakingly transplanted, cultivated, and processed into this early spring black tea. The juicy, golden liquor boasts flavors of stone fruit and honey, then finishes with a heady floral bouquet.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 2 heaping teaspoons of leaf in 195°F water for 4 minutes.
