This 2nd Flush Darjeeling is produced from a unique hybrid of the China Bush varietal. These clonal varietals are bright and lively, with citrus notes of grapefruit and tangerine with a sweet muscatel finish of honey mead. A perfect afternoon tea.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 level teaspoon of leaf in 195°F water for 3 minutes.
