Produced from a unique hybrid of the China Bush varietal, the early summer picking of these clonal plants yields a bright and lively infusion. With notes of citrus, grapefruit, and tangerine, this cup has a sweet muscatel finish of honey mead.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 level teaspoon of leaf in 195°F water for 3 minutes.
