High elevation and cool cloud cover make ideal growing conditions for this tippy green tea. The leaves are carefully shaped from the first leaf and bud set. The result is a sweet brothy cup with creamy notes of butterbeans, white asparagus and sweet pea shoots with a lingering umami finish.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 2 heaping teaspoon of leaf in 175°F water for 1-3 minutes. Enjoy!
