The high elevation and cool cloud cover of Lu Mountain in Jiangxi make ideal growing conditions for this famed tippy green tea. The early spring leaves are carefully plucked from the first leaf and bud set. The result is a sweet brothy cup with creamy notes of butterbeans and white asparagus with a lingering nutty finish.
