IDEAL TEAWARE FOR OOLONGS

Oolongs are so beautifully diverse in there feels and flavors that you can brew them in any number of fun ways, but we really do recommend brewing this tea type using multiple, shorter steeps. This is called Gong Fu style, and can really bring out different distinct flavors in every round of hot water. Double the dose in smaller vessels and do 15-30 second steeps, with a slightly shorter duration with every turn. So enjoyable.
