OOLONG TEA
Tasting Notes:

This high-grown, rolled oolong has been bitten by leaf hoppers to give it an extra fruity flavor. The mild oxidation and mellow roasting stages help develop deep round notes of cracked wheat and cinnamon with a bright apple aroma and finish.
Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 level teaspoon of leaf in 195°F water for 1-4 minutes. Enjoy!

Wen Shan Bao Zhong
OOLONG TEA

candied violet • star fruit • toast
From the Wenshan District in northern Taiwan, the infusion of this oolong is buttery thick and coats your mouth with sweet, floral, and nutty flavors that linger from sip to sip. Truly a stunning example of a lightly oxidized oolong from the area.
Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 2 heaping teaspoons of leaf in 175°F water for 2 minutes. Great for multiple infusions; try short steep times and gradually increase times with each consecutive steep. Enjoy!

Hong Shui

Hong Shui or "Red Water" is a style of oolong that refers to the rich, hearty amber colored liquor due to significant oxidation and roasting. The result is deep and fragrant with flavors of grilled peaches, honeycomb and figs.
Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 level teaspoon of leaf in 195°F water for 1-4 minutes.

Darjeeling Autumnal Flush: Samabeong Estate
BLACK TEA
Tasting Notes:
rye • plum • concord grape
A long-awaited autumnal harvest from the Samabeong Estate in Darjeeling produces a beautiful amber liquor that is surprisingly soft and round. Its fruity flavors of plum and grape outshine a minimal amount of astringency - it then finishes on a note reminiscent of rye flour. A very pleasant cup to keep you warm when there's a chill in the air.
Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 heaping teaspoon of leaf in 195°F water for 3 minutes. Enjoy!
