This Seasonal, single origin Sencha Fuushun means "rich spring" for its fresh green flavor and fruity finish. It is carefully processed with a deep steaming (fukamushi) to enhance the vegetal nature of the cultivar. The result boasts notes of sweet, buttery green beans and spinach with a juicy, yuzu citrus finish.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 level teaspoon of leaf in 175°F water for 1 minute.
