These striking silver tipped leaves are the result of a special fermentation due to being bitten by tiny leafhoppers. The result is sweet, fruity, and floral; boasting complex flavors of honey and papaya with a soft lingering finish, and intoxicating aroma of orchids.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 2 heaping teaspoons of leaf in 185°F water for 1-3 minutes. Enjoy!
