Mei Shan, often referred to as "the gateway to Ali Shan" could also translate as Ali Shan's "little sister." The golden liquor is crisp, bright, and slightly vegetal with flavors of melon rind, clover, and a finish reminiscent of water chestnuts.

Infusion: For an 8 oz serving, steep 1 level teaspoon of leaf in 195°F water for 1-4 minutes.

Ingredients: Camellia sinensis leaves.
